It took me one mistake before I settled on this rug, but overall I’m very happy. Considering the price, the communication and quality were excellent, and the online virtual room tool was very helpful.
Just keep in mind that colours may look different depending on your screens, so if you’re particular about the shade, it’s worth checking carefully before ordering.

Love my “Cleo mat”, the kidney shape suits the space beautifully, and the quality is obvious, my cat, (named Cleo!) also loves it - albeit a bit too much😄.
Appreciate that even though there was a slight mistake with my order and it took a while too arrive that it was all rectified and I received a lovely email explaining what had happened. Would definitely purchase again from you as I am happy with my rug, the quality and the price. 🌟

Follow the care instructions for the specific rug and its fibre composition. Cleaning methods vary by material, construction and backing. Our rug care guide explains general care, but the product’s own instructions take priority. A rug’s lifespan depends on use and care, so we do not promise a fixed number of years.

Start with the colours in your flooring, furniture and curtains. Neutral rugs can support a quieter palette, while check and plaid rugs add a defined pattern. View the available product photographs and remember that screen settings and room lighting can affect how colours appear.
