Excellent service, delivery & communication.

excellent service and quality products

Very easy

No issues from ordering to delivery. Will use them again.

awesome

Premium prices for substandard quality. Just go on Etsy and you can get it straight from India at a third of the price for the same quality.

Excellent communication and customer service experience. Highly recommend, thank you.

Beautiful plush thick rug, worth the price. Delivery wasn’t the fastest but tracking was good and it got there!

Rug arrived very quickly and looks amazing! Quality is excellent.

I'm very happy with my rug, love the colours and the design. Service was great - it arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

Easy online selection and ordering system.

A beautiful rug , I just love it 🥰

Excellent

It’s an online store only so I don’t know why address is there to drive to.

Great company. Shame about the rug quality.

Lovely rug, fits beautifully in my home. Smooth and easy ordering process and delivery. I would recommend iconic rugs

It took me one mistake before I settled on this rug, but overall I’m very happy. Considering the price, the communication and quality were excellent, and the online virtual room tool was very helpful.

Just keep in mind that colours may look different depending on your screens, so if you’re particular about the shade, it’s worth checking carefully before ordering.

Arrived promptly and delivered to our door. Good quality and fitted area well
Yet to arrange firniture. Colour on ad was a bit misleadimg but we expected that knowing it is hard to colour match. Peace of mind knowing it could be returned at minimal cost if it didn't suit.

Great experience with ICONIC RUGS. Fast shipping and everything arrived perfect. Would definitely order again.

Tracking my order was great, Iconic and freight company kept updating frequently until delivery.

Great service , quick delivery .

Love my “Cleo mat”, the kidney shape suits the space beautifully, and the quality is obvious, my cat, (named Cleo!) also loves it - albeit a bit too much😄.

Beautiful rugs delivered in record time

Appreciate that even though there was a slight mistake with my order and it took a while too arrive that it was all rectified and I received a lovely email explaining what had happened. Would definitely purchase again from you as I am happy with my rug, the quality and the price. 🌟

Great rugs! Amazing service! Highly recommended! 🩷

Rug is beautiful. Prompt delivery. No issues

Ordering was simple, delivery was great, just choosing the rug was the difficult part as there is os many gorgeous rugs to choose from.

Love our rug- feels great underfoot. It works well in our room

Have ordered 2 rugs and both have arrived quickly. Also needed to return a grip underlay as it wasn't needed and the company was very generous & helpful in how this happened.
