LOVE IT OR RETURN IT

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $50 plus a 20% restocking fee per item.

Please note, our standard $50 flat fee for arranging a courier pick-up does not apply to orders from locations classified as No Service Areas. For these specific areas, the courier pick-up fee will be calculated based on the courier's pricing structure and will need to be paid for by the customer.

The No Service Areas are defined by certain postcodes which are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@iconicrugs.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at support@iconicrugs.com.au.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will the product delivery time remain the same throughout the year?

No, there are certain times when late delivery is not uncommon. And it occurs usually from Autumn through to Winter and at the end of the Financial Year (June/July) and Christmas/NY/Holiday Break (December/Jan) and it doesn't take more than 3 to 6 days. Otherwise, the time is not exceeded.

This exquisite rug features a classic layered border design, creating a subtle yet elegant framing effect that adds structure and refinement to any room. The soft snow and beige tones bring a soothing and versatile palette, perfect for complementing both modern and traditional interiors.

Expertly crafted with a high and flat weave construction, the Villa Marin Snow Rug offers a plush and luxurious underfoot feel with an 11mm pile height. Made in Belgium from a durable blend of 58% polyester and 42% polypropylene, this rug is designed to withstand daily wear while enhancing the comfort and style of your space. Whether placed in a living room, bedroom, or dining area, this rug will effortlessly elevate your décor.

Features:

  • Material: 58% Polyester, 42% Polypropylene
  • Construction: Machine Woven
  • Pile Height: 11mm
  • Origin: Made In Belgium

IMPORTANT TIP: We recommend using an anti-slip pad, like Total Grip, underneath the rug to prevent any movement and to protect both the rug and your floors.

Please note: Allow for a slight variation of colours depending on monitor settings.
This item cannot be delivered to a PO Box, only to a street address.

Vacuum regularly with a soft-brush head and rotate your rug every few months for even wear. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth. Some shedding is normal for wool and jute rugs at first and settles over time. An anti-slip rug pad keeps your rug flat, comfortable and secure.
