LOVE IT OR RETURN IT

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $50 plus a 20% restocking fee per item.

Please note, our standard $50 flat fee for arranging a courier pick-up does not apply to orders from locations classified as No Service Areas. For these specific areas, the courier pick-up fee will be calculated based on the courier's pricing structure and will need to be paid for by the customer.

The No Service Areas are defined by certain postcodes which are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@iconicrugs.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at support@iconicrugs.com.au.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will the product delivery time remain the same throughout the year?

No, there are certain times when late delivery is not uncommon. And it occurs usually from Autumn through to Winter and at the end of the Financial Year (June/July) and Christmas/NY/Holiday Break (December/Jan) and it doesn't take more than 3 to 6 days. Otherwise, the time is not exceeded.

Description

Steph And Gian Meadow Cardamom Runner Rug Warmth and grounded beauty define this runner, with a softly mottled brown centre that reads as caramel to cocoa and is framed by a delicate ivory border. Power loomed in Turkey from polyester, this 6mm pile offers a comfortable underfoot feel while remaining easy to care for. Its restrained, textured pattern adds subtle movement to hallways and entryways without overpowering a modern space.

Why you'll love it

  • Captivating design: An abstract, mottled pattern with irregular, painterly blocks creates depth and visual interest in a long, narrow space.
  • Sophisticated colour palette: Warm brown centre with a soft ivory border, accented by touches of taupe and cream for a versatile, timeless look.
  • Distinctive visual feature: Subtle distressed texture gives the surface a crafted, artisanal feel that hides wear and footprints.
  • Construction/texture quality: 6mm pile height in durable polyester, power loomed for a consistent weave and easy maintenance.

Perfect for

Ideal for narrow hallways and entryways, or running beside a sofa or bed where you want a warm, grounding line. Pair with light timber floors and neutral furnishings to echo the ivory border and the warm brown field.

Features

  • Material: Polyester
  • Construction: Power Loomed
  • Pile height: 6mm
  • Origin: Made In Turkey
  • Design: Mottled abstract

Caring for your rug

  • Vacuum regularly using a suction-only setting to keep the pile fresh and beautiful.
  • Rotate occasionally for even wear and fading.
  • Blot spills immediately and spot clean gently if needed.

Good to know

IMPORTANT TIP: For safety and extra comfort, use with an anti-slip underlay like Total Grip. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen and under different lighting in your home. This item delivers to street addresses only (not PO Boxes).

Vacuum regularly with a soft-brush head and rotate your rug every few months for even wear. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth. Some shedding is normal for wool and jute rugs at first and settles over time. An anti-slip rug pad keeps your rug flat, comfortable and secure.
