LOVE IT OR RETURN IT

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $50 plus a 20% restocking fee per item.

Please note, our standard $50 flat fee for arranging a courier pick-up does not apply to orders from locations classified as No Service Areas. For these specific areas, the courier pick-up fee will be calculated based on the courier's pricing structure and will need to be paid for by the customer.

The No Service Areas are defined by certain postcodes which are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@iconicrugs.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at support@iconicrugs.com.au.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will the product delivery time remain the same throughout the year?

No, there are certain times when late delivery is not uncommon. And it occurs usually from Autumn through to Winter and at the end of the Financial Year (June/July) and Christmas/NY/Holiday Break (December/Jan) and it doesn't take more than 3 to 6 days. Otherwise, the time is not exceeded.

Description

Asiatic Milo Grey Designer Rug is a sophisticated plain rug with a lustrous sheen that elevates any interior. The velvety surface catches the light to create soft tonal movement, adding depth and a luxurious feel. A refined piece from our Asiatic Designer Rugs collection, it grounds your furniture and brings calm, contemporary character to your room.

Why you will love it

  • Grey palette works seamlessly with modern neutrals, timber floors and textured fabrics.
  • Lustrous, velvety pile delivers a subtle shimmer that enriches the space without dominating it.
  • 13MM pile height gives plush comfort and a soft underfoot feel.

Great for

Living rooms and bedrooms where you want a cosy, polished look. Ideal in a home office or formal lounge. Because of the reflective fibres, place in medium-traffic zones rather than busy dining or entry areas.

Features

  • Material: 100% Polyester
  • Construction: Table Tufted
  • Pile height: 13MM
  • Origin: Made In China
  • Colours: charcoal grey, slate, soft graphite

Care

  • Vacuum regularly using a suction only setting. Avoid brushes or beater bars to preserve the sheen.
  • Rotate occasionally to distribute wear and minimise shading.
  • Blot spills immediately, then spot clean gently with mild detergent and water.

Good to know

IMPORTANT TIP: For safety and extra cushioning, use an anti slip underlay such as Total Grip. Colours may look slightly different depending on your monitor settings. This rug is airfreighted from our partner in the UK and can take up to 10 business days to arrive at our Sydney warehouse before dispatch.

Product Code(s): ASI-MILO-GREY-170X120, ASI-MILO-GREY-230X160, ASI-MILO-GREY-290X200

Vacuum regularly with a soft-brush head and rotate your rug every few months for even wear. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth. Some shedding is normal for wool and jute rugs at first and settles over time. An anti-slip rug pad keeps your rug flat, comfortable and secure.
