We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $50 plus a 20% restocking fee per item.

Please note, our standard $50 flat fee for arranging a courier pick-up does not apply to orders from locations classified as No Service Areas. For these specific areas, the courier pick-up fee will be calculated based on the courier's pricing structure and will need to be paid for by the customer.

The No Service Areas are defined by certain postcodes which are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@iconicrugs.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will the product delivery time remain the same throughout the year?

No, there are certain times when late delivery is not uncommon. And it occurs usually from Autumn through to Winter and at the end of the Financial Year (June/July) and Christmas/NY/Holiday Break (December/Jan) and it doesn't take more than 3 to 6 days. Otherwise, the time is not exceeded.

Description

Darren Palmer Moorland Fig Runner Rug Introducing Moorland, a heritage-inspired runner that brings a refined, antique charm to narrow spaces. Its field of warm fig tones is enriched with cocoa and bronze accents and delicate ivory motifs, delivering a timeless pattern that suits modern farmhouse and mid‑century aesthetics. The 6mm dense polyester pile is power loomed in Turkey for a soft underfoot feel and easy maintenance. It is from our Darren Palmer Designer Rugs collection.

Why you'll love it

  • Captivating design: A detailed, traditional motif layout with a softly faded finish creates a statement piece that feels curated and relinquished over time.
  • Sophisticated colour palette: Fig tones anchor the rug, complemented by cocoa, bronze and ivory accents for versatility across warm timber floors and neutral palettes.
  • Antique-inspired charm: Subtle distressing and a classic border give it a heritage look with contemporary appeal.
  • Comfortable yet durable: A dense 6mm pile offers a plush underfoot experience while remaining practical for everyday wear.

Perfect for

Ideal for hallways, entryways or a narrow space beside a sofa where you want a touch of tradition without overpowering the room. Pair with warm timber furniture and soft, earthy textiles to echo the fig and ivory tones while keeping the space inviting and cohesive.

Good to know

IMPORTANT TIP: For safety and extra comfort, use with an anti-slip underlay like Total Grip. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen and under different lighting in your home. This item delivers to street addresses only (not PO Boxes).

Vacuum regularly with a soft-brush head and rotate your rug every few months for even wear. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth. Some shedding is normal for wool and jute rugs at first and settles over time. An anti-slip rug pad keeps your rug flat, comfortable and secure.
