The wrong rug was sent to me last week and I have been annoyed and frustrated to find that no one answers the support phone number nor responds to the email support address. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and I will be reporting Iconic Rugs to the Consumer Watchdog for follow-up.

What's the best material for a living room rug?
The living room is high-traffic, so material matters. For a synthetic option, polypropylene is stain-resistant and easy to clean. Polyester resists fading and dries quickly. For natural fibres, wool and jute are durable and warm.
What size rug do I need?

Where should I place the rug?
