LOVE IT OR RETURN IT

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $50 plus a 20% restocking fee per item.

Please note, our standard $50 flat fee for arranging a courier pick-up does not apply to orders from locations classified as No Service Areas. For these specific areas, the courier pick-up fee will be calculated based on the courier's pricing structure and will need to be paid for by the customer.

The No Service Areas are defined by certain postcodes which are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@iconicrugs.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at support@iconicrugs.com.au.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will the product delivery time remain the same throughout the year?

No, there are certain times when late delivery is not uncommon. And it occurs usually from Autumn through to Winter and at the end of the Financial Year (June/July) and Christmas/NY/Holiday Break (December/Jan) and it doesn't take more than 3 to 6 days. Otherwise, the time is not exceeded.

Description

Hugo Nude Runner Rug brings soft blush-beige warmth to hallways and other long spaces. Hand tufted in India from 80% wool and 20% viscose, it feels cushioned underfoot and shows a gentle lustre in the light. In the image you can see a nude toned centre panel framed by a slightly lighter border with rounded corners, so the runner looks tailored without feeling formal.

A refined piece from our Hugo Rugs collection, it lets you continue the same elegant look throughout your home.

Why you will love it

  • The nude hue adds warmth and softness to white walls and timber floors without overpowering your décor.
  • Rounded corners and a sculpted border ease harsh lines in narrow corridors and suit today’s curved furniture trend.
  • Dense wool pile absorbs sound and hides footprints, viscose gives a subtle sheen that lifts the neutral colour.
  • Two practical lengths mean a neat fit with no trimming or awkward gaps.

Product Code(s): HUGO-NUDE-300X80, HUGO-NUDE-400X80

Vacuum regularly with a soft-brush head and rotate your rug every few months for even wear. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth. Some shedding is normal for wool and jute rugs at first and settles over time. An anti-slip rug pad keeps your rug flat, comfortable and secure.
