LOVE IT OR RETURN IT

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $50 plus a 20% restocking fee per item.

Please note, our standard $50 flat fee for arranging a courier pick-up does not apply to orders from locations classified as No Service Areas. For these specific areas, the courier pick-up fee will be calculated based on the courier's pricing structure and will need to be paid for by the customer.

The No Service Areas are defined by certain postcodes which are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@iconicrugs.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at support@iconicrugs.com.au.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will the product delivery time remain the same throughout the year?

No, there are certain times when late delivery is not uncommon. And it occurs usually from Autumn through to Winter and at the end of the Financial Year (June/July) and Christmas/NY/Holiday Break (December/Jan) and it doesn't take more than 3 to 6 days. Otherwise, the time is not exceeded.

Description

Soft curves meet sophisticated simplicity in the Cleo Latte Rug. This contemporary piece is defined by its fluid silhouette and sculpted border that gently echoes its organic form. Handcrafted from 100% New Zealand wool, it offers a luxuriously soft underfoot feel and a refined matte finish.

Rendered in a warm latte tone, this rug brings a cosy, neutral elegance to any interior. Whether you’re aiming for a calm, cohesive palette or a subtle backdrop for stronger accents, the Cleo Latte Rug adapts beautifully underfoot.

Why You Need This Rug:
Natural New Zealand wool is durable and naturally stain-resistant, making this rug perfect for bustling living spaces. Its plush 12 mm pile cushions footsteps and quietens noise, while the organic shape adds visual interest without overwhelming your décor. Investing in the Cleo Latte Rug means choosing enduring comfort, easy care and timeless style.

Styling Guide:

  • Living Room: Centre it beneath a low-profile sofa in charcoal or cream, then layer with textured cushions and a soft throw for a cosy lounge area.
  • Bedroom: Position it under the lower two-thirds of your bed so you wake up on luxurious wool each morning.
  • Dining Room: Place it beneath your dining table to frame the setting and protect floors from chair movement.
  • Hallway & Home Office: Use it to define walkways or add cushioned comfort under your desk chair.

Features:

  • Material: 100% New Zealand wool for natural softness and durability
  • Construction: Hand tufted in India by skilled artisans
  • Pile Height: 12 mm for plush comfort and easy maintenance
  • Ideal For: Living room, bedroom, dining room, hallway and home office
  • Care Instructions: Vacuum regularly and spot clean spills with a mild detergent

IMPORTANT TIP: We recommend using an anti-slip pad such as Total Grip underneath to prevent slippage between the rug and your floor.

Please note: Allow for slight variation in colour depending on monitor settings.
This item cannot be delivered to a PO Box, only to a street address.

Product Codes: CLEO-LATTE-165X115, CLEO-LATTE-225X155, CLEO-LATTE-280X190, CLEO-LATTE-320X230, CLEO-LATTE-380X280

Vacuum regularly with a soft-brush head and rotate your rug every few months for even wear. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth. Some shedding is normal for wool and jute rugs at first and settles over time. An anti-slip rug pad keeps your rug flat, comfortable and secure.
