LOVE IT OR RETURN IT

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $50 plus a 20% restocking fee per item.

Please note, our standard $50 flat fee for arranging a courier pick-up does not apply to orders from locations classified as No Service Areas. For these specific areas, the courier pick-up fee will be calculated based on the courier's pricing structure and will need to be paid for by the customer.

The No Service Areas are defined by certain postcodes which are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@iconicrugs.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will the product delivery time remain the same throughout the year?

No, there are certain times when late delivery is not uncommon. And it occurs usually from Autumn through to Winter and at the end of the Financial Year (June/July) and Christmas/NY/Holiday Break (December/Jan) and it doesn't take more than 3 to 6 days. Otherwise, the time is not exceeded.

Description
Darren Palmer Legacy Olive Rug This hand-loomed wool rug features a sophisticated heathered olive green tone that brings organic warmth and understated elegance to any interior. The dense, texture-rich pile delivers exceptional softness underfoot, whilst subtle tonal variations inherent to hand-loomed construction ensure every piece is genuinely one of a kind. Crafted from 100% wool in India, the Legacy Olive combines artisanal heritage with contemporary style.

Why you'll love it

  • Subtle artisanal beauty: Hand-loomed construction creates natural colour variations and organic depth that evolve with your space, bringing genuine character rather than uniformity.
  • Versatile heathered olive palette: The carefully considered soothing olive green pairs effortlessly with natural timber, rattan, terracotta, and linen textiles—a natural foundation for contemporary-inspired interiors.
  • Durable performance underfoot: Wool's natural resilience and stain resistance make it ideal for living spaces, whilst the dense pile resists flattening from furniture and daily wear.
  • Pure wool comfort: 100% wool construction offers softness and insulation, with a 12mm pile height that provides comfort without excessive bulk.

Perfect for

The Legacy Olive works beautifully in dining rooms, living spaces, and bedrooms where you want to anchor a room with natural warmth. Layer it under a wooden dining table with cream linen chairs, or position it beneath a seating arrangement in neutral or earthy-toned interiors. The heathered olive tone complements both minimalist and textured styling, adding groundedness without visual heaviness.

Features

  • Material: 100% Wool
  • Construction: Hand Loomed
  • Pile height: 12mm
  • Origin: Made In India
  • Design: Solid textured

Caring for your rug

  • Vacuum regularly using a suction-only setting to keep the pile fresh and beautiful.
  • Rotate occasionally for even wear and fading.
  • Blot spills immediately and spot clean gently if needed.

Good to know

IMPORTANT TIP: For safety and extra comfort, use with an anti-slip underlay like Total Grip. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen and under different lighting in your home. This item delivers to street addresses only (not PO Boxes).

Vacuum regularly with a soft-brush head and rotate your rug every few months for even wear. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth. Some shedding is normal for wool and jute rugs at first and settles over time. An anti-slip rug pad keeps your rug flat, comfortable and secure.
