All shipping will originate from Sydney, Australia.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $50 plus a 20% restocking fee per item. 

Please note, our standard $50 flat fee for arranging a courier pick-up does not apply to orders from locations classified as No Service Areas. For these specific areas, the courier pick-up fee will be calculated based on the courier's pricing structure and will need to be paid for by the customer.

The No Service Areas are defined by certain postcodes which are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@iconicrugs.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will the product delivery time remain the same throughout the year?

No, there are certain times when late delivery is not uncommon. And it occurs usually from Autumn through to Winter and at the end of the Financial Year (June/July) and Christmas/NY/Holiday Break (December/Jan) and it doesn't take more than 3 to 6 days. Otherwise, the time is not exceeded.

Our courier companies offer ATL service (Authority To Leave). That means during your absence at home, they leave the rug somewhere safe. If the rug will go missing or stolen, they are not responsible for that after delivering it to you.

The areas where we ship rugs regularly are all metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth. We also cover all outside metro areas within NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, and ACT.

We are unable to provide pickup or delivery service to the following post codes:

Sydney Rug Delivery

Rugs delivered to Sydney generally take 2-4 business days and within New South Wales 3-7 business days after reaching out.

Melbourne Rug Delivery

With similar delivery times to Sydney, Melbourne generally takes 2-4 business days and within Victoria will arrive 3-7 business days after reaching out.

Brisbane Rug Delivery

Rug orders made from within Brisbane, Queensland are also speedy – taking on average 4-6 business days. Allow some extra time for delivery if placing an order outside of Brisbane up to 7 business days after dispatch. 

Adelaide Rug Delivery

Rug orders made from within Adelaide, South Australia are also speedy – taking on average 4-6 business days. Allow some extra time for delivery if placing an order outside of Adelaide up to 7 business days after dispatch. 

Perth Rug Delivery

Rugs delivered to Western Australia will take longer than usual – as these rugs are coming from Sydney. Even so, we use the fastest mode of land transport available, and your rugs should arrive in Perth sooner than in regional WA averaging about 7-14 business working days from dispatch. 

Northern Territory Rug Delivery

Rugs as expected to NT can take up to 14 business days from the date of reaching out.
