How can you start the product returning procedure?

If we consider it accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and some instructions on how and where to send your package.It is mandatory to request for return first, otherwise return will not be accepted. What should you do if you accept a damaged product unfortunately?
After receiving the order you must check it and if it is an unfortunately damaged item then as soon as possible will inform us.We will verify this and try our best to fix it.
How can you exchange your product?
If the product you accepted does not meet your expectation, you must contact us within 7 days of your delivery, it will be acceptable for exchange. In this case, you have to pay for shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.Refund will be processed, if you are approved.Refunded procedure will be continued on your original payment method automatically. And keep patience for the whole procedure because it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
